ABOUT THIS ROLE

This role will be responsible for [insert brief summary of responsibilities].

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and analyze the accuracy of information on new requests transferred from the group in which you are assigned to work within Agent Onboarding activities. 
  - Keep a record of the requests processed and rejected in which queue/team where you are working.
  - Your supervisor or manager will assign tasks according to the Operation and the department requires it.
  - Do not divert for any reason any call and/or communication from the agent with the RIA representative. 
  - If it is necessary to transfer the user to another department, this process must be immediate and timely.
  - It is prohibited to terminate calls on your own unilaterally without having completed customer service.
  - Process additional services for new or existing accounts
  - Process owner change requests.
  - Update the phone number, fax number and email address of existing agents.
  - Update bank accounts.
  - Coordinate the request for bank accounts for new agents with Financial Operations.
  - Coordinate the shipment of equipment for new agents with Web Support.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma
• 1-2 years of administrative and customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• Must possess basic computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office applications
• Flexible to work extended hours or weekends
• The key characteristics this individual must possess are a willingness to work independently, be detail-oriented, and be analytical
• Possess a high level of initiative, critical thinking, and discretion
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels in the organization
• Comfortable managing a process from beginning to end and working under tight deadlines
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior money transfer, real estate, or banking experience
