Responsibilities
As Retail Operations Auditor you'll play a crucial part in safeguarding our retail stores, ensuring compliance with policies, and enhancing operational efficiency. - Audit Store Operations. Conduct thorough audits of all store processes, including security, safety, record-keeping, and regulatory compliance.
- Inventory Management. Perform regular physical inventory checks of cash and merchandise to prevent fraud and loss—whether through scheduled or surprise audits.
- Analyze and Report. Review transactions and records and create reports for accuracy. Identify areas of improvement and make impactful recommendations while maintaining KPI audit reports on time.
- Collaborate for Success. Work closely with audit peers, accounting, retail, and compliance teams to ensure business methods are efficient and well-documented.
- Drive Improvement. Proactively suggest and implement new processes to enhance control and performance, making a meaningful difference in our operations.
Qualifications
- You are located in Dallas, TX or Buena Park, CA.
- You love to travel, and you have a driver’s license and the ability to travel locally (50%-75%) with flexible hours, including some overnight air travel (25% of the time) and the ability to stand or sit for long periods.
- You have advanced computer skills in MS Office, especially Excel (V-lookups, IF functions, Pivot Tables).
- You speak Spanish. Bilingual skills are important in this role.
- You have previous retail cash control experience.
- You have some experience in Internal or Operational Audits.
- You have proven ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and work independently.
- A degree in Accounting or Business Administration is highly preferred but not required.

The range for this position is $25-$28 hourly. Actual starting salary may vary based on geographic location, work experience, and skills.
